【摘要】 目的　测定木贼中三种黄酮苷的含量。方法　采用双波长薄层扫描法测定木贼中三种黄酮苷含量。结果　异槲皮素,山柰酚- 3 芸香糖- 7- 葡萄糖苷,山柰酚- 3-, -7- 双葡萄糖苷分别在0. 5~2. 5μg, 0. 2~1. 0μg, 0. 2 ~1. 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为97. 96%, 98. 06%, 97. 43%,RSD分别为2. 08%, 2. 31%, 2. 46%。结论　用薄层扫描法测定木贼中三种黄酮苷的含量是可行的,为木贼的合理利用和质量控制提供了一定的科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the method for de termination of three flavonoids in Equisetum hiemale L.METHOD TLC was applied.RESULTS Isoquercetin, kaempferol-3-rutinoside-7-glucoside, kaempferol- 3,7- diglucoside showed a good linear relationship respectively at a rang of 0.5~2.5μg,0.2~1.0μg, 0.2~1.0μg. The average recovery was 97.96% ,98.06%,97.43% and RSD was 2.08%,2.31%,2.46% respectively.CONCLUSION It is reproducible and practical to determine the co ntent of three flavonoids in Equisetum hiemale L. by the TLCS method. The study provides referential information for quality control, usage and exploitation of this medicinal plant.更多还原
