【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To provide scientific evidence s for the exploitation and sufficient application of propolis. METHOD Orthogonal test was used to optimize the optimum extract process and the content of total flavonoids was chosen as the evaluating index. RESULTS The concentration of ethanol give a notable effect on t he content of total flavonoids in propolis. CONCLUSION The optimum extraction process of propolis is A 2B 3C 2D 3.更多还原
