硝普钠对冰冻血小板表面CD62分子表达的抑制作用

【摘要】 目的 了解硝普钠对冰冻血小板表面CD62分子表达的抑制作用。方法 采用藻红素标记的抗CD62单抗,经流式细胞仪分析血小板表面CD62分子表达的水平。结果 浓缩血小板在含2% DMSO及50μmol/LSNP的条件下经-80℃冰冻保存一周后,CD62分子表达较2% DMSO组明显降低(P<0. 01),与5%DMSO组接近(P>0. 05)。结论 硝普钠可抑制冰冻血小板表面CD62分子的表达。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the inhibitory ef fect of sodium nitroprusside (SNP) on the expression of CD62 on the surface of c ryopreserved platelet.METHOD Phycoerythrin-labled monoclonal antibody to human plate let CD62 was used to measure the expression of the CD62 on the platelet surface by flow cytometry.RESULTS Compared to platelets cryopreserved with 2%DMSO alone, platelets cryopreserved at -80℃ for a week in the presence of 2% DMSO and 50 μM SNP showed significantly lower level of expression of CD62, with no signific ant difference from those cryopreserved with 5% DMSO.CONCLUSION Sodium nitroprusside can inhibit the expression of C D62 on the surface of cryopreserved platelets.
