【摘要】 目的　采用高效液相色谱法测定碘佛醇中有关物质。方法　采用IntertsilC8 (250mm×4. 6mm, 5μm)色谱柱,乙腈 水 (4∶96)溶液为流动相,检测波长 254nm。结果　碘佛醇中有关物质A和B的线性范围分别为 0. 2 ~1. 4μg/mL, 1. 0 ~7. 0μg/mL,回收率分别为 98. 6%, 100. 5%。结论　本法准确可行,可作为该药的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE A HPLC method for the determination of related substances in ioversol was established. METHOD An IntertsilC₈（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（4∶96） at the detection wavelength of 254nm.RESULTS The linear ranges of related substance A and B were 0.2¹.4μg/mL and 1.0⁷.0μg/mL , respectively. The recoveries were 98.6% and 100.5%, respectively. CONCLUSION The method is suitable for quality control of ioversol.更多还原
