【摘要】 目的　观察莲子多糖对D 半乳糖所致衰老小鼠抗氧化作用的影响。方法　用D 半乳糖所致衰老小鼠进行实验。结果　莲子多糖可显著提高衰老小鼠血SOD,CAT、GSH PX活力,显著降低血浆、脑及肝匀浆LPO水平。结论　莲子多糖有较好的抗衰老作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the antioxidation of Semen nelumbinis polysaccharide on aging mice induced by D-galactose.METHOD Applying aging mice as experimental objective.RESULTS Semen nelumbinis polysaccharide obviously increased the activation of CAT、SOD、GSH-PX in blood, and decreased the level of LOP in plasma、brain and liver homogenate of aging mice. CONCLUSION Semen Nelumbinis polysaccharide has good antiaging action.更多还原
