【Abstract】 Serious physical and mental discomfort usually associated with urethrorectal fistula, and there was quite few chance to be spontaneous healed for the cases with a wound more than 2 cm in width. This procedure modified as the distal urethra is invaginated into the proximal end within the prostate and connects to the orifice of fistula with the help of Foley’s catheter balloon placed in both side, with which the integrity and continuity of urethra can be guaranteed, and the wound healing is greatly facilitated by the well vascularized cavernous body of urethra.更多还原
