【Abstract】 The manufacturing process of carrier tape from pellets to final products was introduced.The influences of process parameters on the properties such as tensile strength, flexihility,surface resistivity etc and yield of product were also analyzed.Parameters of process of sheet extrusion,sheet slitting and carrier tape forming were determined through the further testing.更多还原
