夹芯板材用硬质酚醛泡沫性能的研究
PROPERTIES STUDY ON RIGID PHENOLIC FOAM FOR SANDWICH PANEL
【摘要】 对用于夹芯板材的硬质酚醛泡沫体的发泡过程及影响泡沫体性能的因素进行了研究。讨论了发泡温度、固化剂和发泡剂对泡沫体性能的影响。结果表明当发泡温度控制在 70~80℃、固化剂质量分数控制在 16% ~20%时,可制备出综合性能好的泡沫体,不需加任何阻燃剂,泡沫体阻燃效果好。
【Abstract】 The preparation processes of rigid phenolic foam for sandwich panel were studied. The effects of foaming temperature, curing agent and blowing agent on properties of foam were discussed. The results show that phenolie foam with some excellent properties is prepared when foaming temperature is controlled between 70 ℃ and 80 ℃, curing agent content is selected from16% and 20%.The fire retardancy of phenolic foam is excellent without any flame retardant.
