聚丙烯/纳米粒子复合材料结晶行为的研究
STUDY ON CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF PP/NANO-PARTICLES COMPOSITES
【摘要】 用纳米碳酸钙、纳米氧化铝对聚丙烯 (PP)改性,并利用示差扫描量热分析仪 (DSC)与广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)对改性PP的结晶行为进行了研究。结果表明:将纳米粒子引入PP体系后,PP的结晶行为,如成核方式、结晶度等发生较大改变;同时还会引起PP结晶形态由原来的α 晶向β 晶转变;另外α 晶的结晶取向度也发生了变化。
【Abstract】 PP was modified by nano-calcium carbonate and nano-alumina. The crystal structure of PP/nano-particles composites was studied by differential scanning calorimetry and wide angle X-ray diffraction. Research results indicat that when nano-particles are added,the crystal behavior of PP such as nucleation, crystal degree and the crystal structure are changed; at the same time the crystal modality of PP transforms α-crystal into β-crystal; on the side the tropism of α-crystal is changed too.
