隧道分区防水模型试验及工程应用研究

【摘要】 文章针对复合式衬砌在防水方面存在的问题,通过结构模型实验,对隧道复合衬砌卷材防水板分区防水的关键技术进行研究,对其防水效果进行综合评价,提出了分区防水的原则、设计参数和确保分区成功的拱顶注浆参数,同时为隧道分区防水的施工工艺提供确切的试验依据。阳宗隧道富水段工程运用分区防水技术,实现了隧道富水段不渗不漏目标,防水效果优异。

【Abstract】 To overcome some principal drawbacks in the waterproofing of composite linings, this paper studies the crucial techniques of partitioning waterproofing with membranes by carrying out a model test and to evaluate the waterproofing effect. As a result, it puts forward the principles of partitioning waterproofing, technical parameters and the injection parameters for arch crown that can guarantee the regional watertight. Yangzong tunnel was chosen as an engineering example with partitioning waterproofing techniques adopted, good results of watertight and impermeability were attained in the tunnel on its water-soaked sections.
