【摘要】 主权融资是当代国际融资的重要方式。中日主权融资关系是建立在冷战背景下和两国政治关系正常化的基础之上的。两国融资关系历时时间长、融资规模巨大,涉及经济社会发展各个领域,并有其自身的特点。近几年来,中日主权融资关系发生了较大变化,日本政府对华日元贷款规模不断下降,并对两国政治经济关系产生了重要的影响。分析其变化的原因主要是两国政治上的分歧,日本总是将日元对华贷款同中国核试验挂钩向中国施加压力;并对贷款的用途无端忧虑,利用贷款这张王牌来影响中国的发展进程等等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sovereignty financing is one of the important forms of modern international financing,and Sino-Japanese sovereignty financing relationship is built on the basis of the cold-war background and the normalization of the two countries’ political relationships.This relationship,however,has been witnessing major changes in the recent years,with Japan’s Yen loans to China continuously stepping down.Analyses of the causes of these changes can show that,owing to the political differences between the two countries,Japan has frequently linked its Yen loans to China with China’s nuclear experimentation and,out of some ungrounded worries about the loans’ uses,kept exerting pressure on China and tried to affect the course of China’s development.更多还原
