企业信息职能及其实现途径研究
【摘要】 本文通过对现代企业信息职能的分析,探讨了实现其信息职能的有效途径——重建组织结构、确立新型决策机制、完善激励与约束机制,最终促进企业员工向信息人转变。
【Abstract】 Through the analysis of information functions in enterprises,the paper puts forward methods of performing information functions——reconstructing organization,making a new pattern of decision mechanism,perfecting inspiring and restricting mechanism,and transform the general staff into the information staff.
