论数字图书馆信息资源开发利用中的知识产权保护

【摘要】 在数字图书馆开发利用过程中,必然会涉及众多的知识产权问题,其中最为突出的是数字化信息资源开发利用中的知识产权保护问题。本文针对有关馆藏资源数字化引起的知识产权保护问题、数据库建设引起的知识产权保护问题、数字化信息传播引起的知识产权保护问题、数字化信息链接引起的知识产权保护问题等进行了分析和探讨,并就如何解决这些问题提出了一些相应的措施。更多还原
