【摘要】 统筹城乡经济社会发展 ,从长远目标看 ,就是通过体制创新 ,建立与市场经济体制相适应的城乡一体化的经济社会秩序 ,解决制约农村、农业发展和农业增收的体制性、结构性矛盾 ,促进城市与农村共同进步 ,工业与农业协调发展。进入 2 1世纪 ,浙江按照中央统筹发展的精神 ,根据浙江农业和农村经济发展进入新阶段的实际情况 ,不失时机地推动农业和农村发展战略的重大转移。本文分析和研究了进入 2 1世纪初期浙江“三农”发展的成功经验与取得的成效 ,查找了浙江“三农”发展中的困难 ,提出了完善浙江“三农”发展的主要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The overall development of urban and rural economy,in the long,is to establish the integrated economic order which conforms to the system of the market economy,resolving the structural conflicts restricting the development of agriculture and the increase of farmers’ income to promote accordingly the development of the city and the countryside,industry and agriculture.At the beginning of the century,Zhejiang seizes the opportunity to expedite the strategic transform in the development of agriculture and the countryside in the light of the spirit of overall development by the central government as well as the actual situation in Zhejiang province.This study and research of the successful experiences and of“countryside,farmers and agriculture”development finds out some problems in its development and provides useful experiences for reference for further development of“countryside,farmers and agriculture”in Zhejiang province and even the whole country.更多还原
