【摘要】 目的为了使护理人员按职上岗的实施更加合理,更好地开展以病人为中心的整体护理。方法分析目前护理人员按职上岗的实施现状,对不利于持续发展的因素进行探讨。结果针对护理人员按职上岗实施过程中普遍存在的一些问题提出了相应对策。结论护理人员按职上岗是现代医院护理管理的必然趋势,有广阔的前景;但目前仍存在不少制约因素,要深入地开展,真正体现整体护理的实质与内涵,则需要广大护理工作者不断地探索与总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the ways to make the system of working on nurses’ post more rational. Method The system of "working on nurses’ post" was analyzed and the disadvantages adverse to sustainable development were discussed. Results Some questions and some countermeasures were put forward. Conclusion The system of "Working on nurses’ post" is the current management of nursing in modern hospitals, but some disadvantages still exist, which makes it necessary for nursing workers to explore and summarize for better nursing.更多还原
