【摘要】 目的探讨儿童眼外伤的护理要点。方法回顾性分析和总结54例儿童眼外伤的原因与护理措施。结果视力有进步38例,保持入院时视力4例,下降4例,视力检查不合作8例。结论做好心理护理,体位的护理,并发症的观察及健康宣教对预防术后并发症的发生,提高治疗的效果具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To summarize the clinical nursing methods and main points in children′s complexity ocular trauma. Methods The clinical data of 54 children with ocular trauma were retrospectively analyzed, and the main nursing points were summarized. Results The acuity of vision in the children with ocular trauma was improved in 38 cases when leaving hospital, there was no improvement in 4 cases, and the acuity of vision descended in 4 cases. The other 8 cases did not cooperate during the examination of visual acuity. Conclusions The key point to reduce the complication and to retrieve the visual acuity was to early salvage and to promptly treat the ocular trauma by the doctors and nurses. The active preoperative preparation, careful specific nursing, treating the complication promptly and performing necessary health education do much benefit in consolidating and raising the therapeutic effect.更多还原
