【摘要】 目的观察笑气吸入用于不孕症患者宫腔镜检查的镇痛效果及总结护理要点。方法2003年4～11月对200例不孕症患者在进行宫腔镜检查时采用笑气吸入镇痛,并观察镇痛效果。结果镇痛效果0级者142例,占71.0%,Ⅰ级43例,占21.5%,Ⅱ级14例,占7.0%;腹憋胀与恶心32例,占16.0%,呕吐7例,占3.5%。结论笑气吸入应用于宫腔镜检查镇痛效果良好,术后恢复快,可减轻患者检查时紧张、焦虑情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of nitrous oxide in infertile women who underwent hysteroscopy. Methods Two hundred infertile women were anesthetized by inhalation of nitrous oxide during hysteroscopy. The analgesic effects were observed. Results There were 142 cases whose analgesic effect was stage 0, which accounted for 71.0%. There were 43 cases whose analgesic effect was stage Ⅰ, which accounted for 21.5%, and the cases whose analgesic effect was stage Ⅱ accounted for 7.0%. Thirty two cases (16.0%) had abdominal distension and nausea and 7 cases (3.5%) had vomiting. Conclusion Nitrous oxide has exact and ideal analgesic effect, and can promote patients recovery and lessen their anxiety.更多还原
