【摘要】 目的研究蒙古族正常牙合成年人的颅颌面软硬组织三维立体X线头影测量正常值,建立蒙古族自己的正常值数据库。方法选择符合正常牙合标准的蒙古族成年人男54名、女51名,对颅颌面软硬组织进行三维立体X线头影测量分析。结果①蒙古族正常牙合成年人颅颌面左右侧的硬组织存在着不对称现象。②与不同民族相比,蒙古族颅颌面软硬组织形态具有明显的性别差异和种族特点。③本民族相比,颅颌面软硬组织形态也存在差异。结论本研究获取了蒙古族正常牙合成年人颅颌面软硬组织三维X线测量数据,建立了蒙古族自己的正常值数据库。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a baseline values of soft-tissues and hard-tissues of three-dimensional cephalometry for healthy Mongolian adults.Methods One hundred and five Mongolian adults (54 males and 51 females) with normal occlusion were selected. Their cranioface soft and hard tissues were measued using the three-dimensional radiograhic cephalometry.Results ①The appearance of cranio-maxillofacial hard-tissue was asymmetrical. ② Compared to other ethnic group, the three-dimensional soft- and hard-tissues morphologies for Mongolian adults were gender and ethnicity specific. ③ The difference in cranio-maxillofacial soft- and hard-tissues morphologies existed between males and females within the Mongolian adult group examined.Conclusion Three-dimentional information about soft-tissues and hard-tissues and the normal baseline value of three-dimentional cephalometry of Mongolian were obtained.更多还原
