压低型多用唇弓矫治医源性上中切牙伸长、松动的作用—附7例临床总结

【摘要】 目的 观察多用唇弓矫治医源性上中切牙伸长、松动的力学机制和作用。方法 采用0 .0 1 6英寸澳丝和0 .0 1 9×0 .0 2 5英寸不锈钢方丝弯制成多用唇弓矫治7例(共1 3颗牙)单纯用橡皮圈牵引关闭替牙期上中切牙间隙,导致橡皮圈滑向牙龈、牙根,使上中切牙伸长、松动的病例。结果 患牙被明显压低、内收,覆牙合、覆盖减少,牙松动度减少,差别有显著性,部分牙齿牙髓活力恢复,牙龈部分萎缩。结论 压低型多用唇弓轻力压低是矫治医源性上中切牙伸长、松动的有效方法,必须及早矫治,以免上中切牙永久伸长、临床牙冠过长。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect and mechanism of utility arch on the treatment of iatrogenic incisor extrusion and mobility.Methods A total of 13 teeth of maxillary central incisors from 7 cases were iatrogenic extrusion and mobility because elastic was used to close maxillary central incisor area spaces without any brackets were treated by intruded utility arches, these utility arches were made from 0.016 inch Australian archwire and 0.019× 0.025 inch stainless steel archwire.Results All of the atrogenic incisors were intruded siginificantifly, overbite and overjet were decreased, the teeth become more stable, pulp vitality recovered in some portion of teeth.Conclusion The intruded utility arch is an effective appliance in treatment of iatrogenic extrusion and mobility incisors.
