毛蚶壳微晶人工骨治疗骨缺损的实验研究

【摘要】 目的用毛蚶壳微晶人工骨引导新骨生成修复骨缺损。方法将24只家兔项骨制备Φ=1.5~2.0cm大小两个孔,一孔植入人工骨,另一孔为空白对照组,通过拍X线片及做病理切片,观察骨缺损的修复情况并对材料做出评价。结果材料植入早期可见异物巨细胞反应、泡沫细胞增生。3个月以后在植入物周围有新骨形成,最终植入物被新骨替代。而对照侧可见少量的骨组织,大部分仍为纤维组织。X线表现:早期植入物与骨腔边缘之间有密度减低的圆状阴影,颗粒状物清晰可见;中期植入颗粒间界限轻度模糊,后期植入物与骨腔边缘已融合,呈白色致密影像。对照侧仍可见密度减低骨腔阴影。结论毛蚶壳微晶人工骨有较好的生物相容性及生物降解性,可以引导和促进骨组织再生,为一种前景广阔的新的骨代用品。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate Arca Subcrenata Lischke microlite artificial bone and its effects on bone defects, bone regeneration, and repair in vitro. Methods Two 1.5 to 2. 0cm diameter circular bone defects were created in 24 rabbit parietal bones. One defect was implanted with the artificial bone, and; the other was used as the no treatment control. The process of bone defect repair was evaluated by X-ray and histology. Results Giant cell reactions and foamy cell were observed in the early stage of the repair process. Bone regeneration around the implant material was observed three months later. The implant material was substituted by new bone at the end of study. Fiber tissues and small bone were observed in the control group. Results of X-ray showed a circular transparent image between the implant material and the bone defect. The image was clear in the early stage, and then gradually became opaque. Finally, the implant material and host bone were integrated and showed an evenly distributed white image. A low- density transparent image was observed for the control group. Conclusion The Arca Subcrenata Lischke microlite artificial bone, which is both biocompatible and biodegradable, can induce bone regeneration. The artificial bone shows great potential as a bone substitute for future clinical applications.
