【摘要】 目的:依据依恋理论中的重要概念内部工作模型,从认知加工观点解释一些病理心理症的形成机制、医患关系以及病理心理症发生的客体关系背景。资料来源:应用网络图书馆外文资料数据库中的ProQuestPsychologyJournals数据库,检索1990-01/2005-05关于内部工作模型及病理心理学的相关文献。检索词“Internalworkingmodels,attachment”。同时利用计算机网络检索中国期刊网(CNKI)的中国学术期刊全文数据库的相关文章,检索词“依恋,内部工作模型,病理心理”。此外,查阅了3本关于病理学的专著。资料选择:对资料进行初审,纳入标准:①关于依恋在病理心理学方面的研究。②关于内部工作模型的性质、发展结构及一些病理心理症的发生机制方面的研究。排除标准:排除重复性研究。资料提炼:共收集到符合上述要求的文献51篇,对内容重复及与主题关系较远的文章进行筛除,剩余9篇经分类整理后用于分析。资料综合:内部工作模型在表征层面影响病理心理症的形成机制,它作为一个解释性的过滤器影响和引导个体的认知/情感加工(注意、记忆、预期、归因等)心理过程;这一心理过程又会引导个体对他人的行为;进而影响他人对个体的回应方式;他人的回应反过来对内部工作模型又发生影响作用;同时内部工作模型又会影响医患关系以及病理心理症发生的客体关系背景。结论:以往研究注重依恋在情绪情感上对精神病理症的影响,通过分析内部工作模型,从表征层面解释依恋对精神病理症的影响,从而丰富病理心理症治疗的理论指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: According to the important concept of attachment theory, internal working models, to explain some pathopsychological diseases, therapist-client relationship and the object relationship background from the cognitive process view. DATA SOURCES: The relevant articles on internal working models and pathopsychology between January 1990 and May 2005 were searched for in ProQuest Psychology Journals Database with the key words "Internal working models, attachment". Meanwhile, the relevant articles were searched for in China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) network with the key words "Internal working models, attachment, pathopsychology". Besides, the relevant data of three books on pathology were also consulted. STUDY SELECTION: The literatures were selected primarily. The inclusion criteria were ① those attachment on pathopsychology and ②those on the feature, developmental structure and attack mechanism of some pathopsychological symptom of internal working models. Exclusion criteria: repetitive researches were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: There were 51 literatures in accordance with the above-mentioned criteria, and 9 were selected for analyzing after classifying and arranging. Articles with repetitive content and irrelated topics were excluded. DATA SYNTHESIS: The internal working models influenced the formation mechanism of pathopsychological disease. As an interpretative filtrator it could affect and guide cognitive-affective processes (attention, memory, expectation, and attributions, etc.), which could guide the behavior of individual to others, so as to influence the response manner of others to individual. On the contrary, the response of others had effects on internal working models. Meanwhile, the internal working models explained for therapist-client relationship and the object relationship background of the attack of pathopsychological diseases. CONCLUSION: Studies before pay attention to the influences on pathopsychological diseases from the emotional view, but ours pay attention to the great inspirations from attachment view so as to enrich the guiding theory of pathopsychological diseases treatment.更多还原
