【摘要】 目的:选取针刺下穴位局部肌电变化、指尖微细动脉容积脉搏波变化作为评价得气与手法的客观参数,进一步研究其与得气程度、补泻手法之间的相互关系,建立一种实用的针刺手法客观评价方法。方法:研制了提取穴位局部肌电信号和指尖微细动脉容积脉搏波的实验装置,选择2002-06/07中国医学科学院中国协和医科大学生物医学工程研究所自愿参加本实验的12名工作人员为观察对象。在针刺受试穴位状态下,提取出得气前后和不同手法时得气穴位局部肌电信号和容积脉搏波。结果:12名受试者均进入结果分析。初步得到了这两个参数与得气程度、补泻手法之间的相互关系:针刺穴位得气时,有穴位肌电信号发放,而且穴位肌电发放的强度、次数与得气程度呈正向关系;用补法针刺穴位,容积脉搏波表现为幅值变小,脉率减慢;用泻法则相反。结论:穴位局部肌电与指尖微细动脉容积脉搏波能客观反映针刺手法的变化与得气状态的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: The changes of myoelectric on local acupuncture point and volume pulse wave of minimal artery on fingertip were chosen as the objective parameter to assess the deqi and maneuver. To research further the interrelation of the parameters with deqi degree and reinforcing and reducing method, and establish a practical objective evaluation method of acupuncture manipulation. METHODS: The experimental equipment, which could extract the local myoelectric signal on the point and volume pulse wave of the tiny artery in the fingertip, was manufactured. Twelve staffs, who took part in the experiment voluntarily, were selected as observation objective from Institute of Biomedical Engineering,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,Peking Union Medical University from June to July 2002. Under the condition of carrying out acupuncture on the tested point, the local myoelectric signal and volume pulse wave on the point before and after the state of deqi under different manipulation methods were extracted. RESULTS: Twelve testees were all involved in the result analysis. The interrelation of the parameters with deqi degree and reinforcing and reducing method was found primarily, that was, when the acupuncture point was under the state of deqi, the myoelectric signal of the point occured, and the degree of deqi had a positively direct relation with the intensity and number of the times of the myoelectricity; When carrying out the reinforcing method in acupuncture, the amplitude and frequency of the volume pulse wave decreased; when carrying out the reducing method, it was contrary. CONCLUSION: The changes of manipulation methods and the difference of acupuncture deqi can be estimated by the local myoelectricity signal on the point and volume pulse wave of minimal artery on the fingertip.更多还原
