【摘要】 目的:为提高手部骨关节损伤患者的手功能及日常生活质量,探讨早期康复治疗对手部骨关节损伤所致功能障碍及日常生活能力的影响。方法:2004-01/09深圳市龙岗区中心医院康复科收治的手部骨关节损伤患者25例,均经X射线影像学技术明确诊断。所有患者平均在伤后或术后(5.5±4.7)d开始系统的康复治疗。手的运动功能采用拇指与其他各指的运动功能评分、握力、指尖捏力测评,手的日常生活能力采用功能独立性评测中自我料理的6个项目进行评定。结果:患者治疗后拇指功能评分、其他各指功能评分和功能独立性评测自我料理评分分别为(8.29±0.78),(7.92±0.88),(36.23±4.17)分,较治疗前(4.21±1.49),(4.02±1.12),(25.98±2.47)分有明显改善,差异有显著性意义(t=2.423,2.234,2.472,P<0.05)。握力与指尖捏力治疗后为(14.72±4.20),(3.24±1.72)kg,较治疗前(2.04±3.78),(0.57±0.89)kg有明显提高,两者差异有非常显著性意义(t=3.782,3.642,P<0.01)。结论:早期康复干预对减轻手部骨关节损伤功能障碍程度,促进手功能恢复有着积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the influence of early rehabilitation treatment on hand fu nctional impairment and activities of daily life(ADL) in patients with hand join t injury in order to improve the hand function and quality of life of patients. METHODS:From January to September 2004,totally 25 patients with hand joint in jury confirmed with X- ray were treated in the Department of Rehabilitation Med icine,Central Hospital of Longgong District in Shenzhen.All the patients receive d early rehabilitation therapy(5.5± 4.7) days after injury or surgery.Scoring f unction thumb and other fingers,hand grip test(HGT),finger pinch gauge were used to evaluate hand function.Six self- care activities of functional independence measure(FIM) were used to assess ADL. RESULTS:The scores on thumb and other fingers function,self- care activities of FIM in the patients after treatment were(8.29± 0.78),(7.92± 0.88) and(36.2 3± 4.17)points,significantly increased as compared with those before treatment[ (4.21± 1.49),(4.02± 1.12),and (25.98± 2.47)points](t=2.423,2.234,2.472,P< 0.0 5).Hand grip and finger pinch gauge after treatment were(14.72± 4.20) and (3.24 ± 1.72) kg,significantly ameliorated as compared with those before treatment[(2 .04± 3.78),(0.57 ± 0.89)kg](t=3.782,3.642,P CONCLUSION:Early rehabilitation treatment is very important to improve functi onal disability induced by hand joint injury and promote the recovery of hand fu nction.更多还原
