应用时间簇方法分析针刺合谷穴的功能磁共振成像特征

【摘要】 目的:以时间簇方法分析针刺合谷穴(LI4)引起的脑功能变化的时间规律,探索脑功能成像数据处理的新方法。方法:对中国科学院研究生院的10名右利手健康自愿者进行针刺合谷穴后脑功能磁共振成像扫描,用时间簇分析方法对得到的功能磁共振成像数据进行处理,分析针刺引起的脑功能变化的时间规律。结果:9例样本时间簇分析的平均结果显示:在进针后出现一个明显的峰,表示中枢神经系统对针灸刺激有了反应;第二个明显的峰出现在拔针后,对应中枢神经系统对针刺结束也有明显的反应。2个单个样本的时间簇结果显示:每个样本脑活动第一个峰出现在进针后,第二个峰出现在拔针后;在每个人拔针后,还会不规律的出现若干小的峰。结论:针灸引起的脑功能变化的时间个体和平均结果比较一致,拔针后脑活动仍然出现了兴奋或者抑制。时间簇分析算法可以给出中枢神经系统对针刺反应的时间曲线,用于研究针灸对中枢神经系统影响的时间特性。根据不同脑区被针刺激活的时间差异,进而研究这些脑区间的关系。

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the time law of the changes of brain function induced by ac upuncture at the acupoint of Hegu(LI4) with the method of temporal cluster analy sis,and probe into a new data processing method for brain fMRI. METHODS:The brain fMRI was scanned after acupuncture at hegu acupoint in 10 he althy volunteers of right handedness in the school of postgraduate of Chinese Ac ademy of Sciences,the obtained fMRI data were dealt with the temporal cluster an alysis,and the time law of the changes of brain function caused by acupuncture w as analyzed. RESULTS:The average outcomes of temporal cluster analysis of the 9 samples sho wed that:an obvious peak occurred after insertion of needle, indicating that cen tral nervous system reacted to the stimulation of acupuncture;The second obvious peak was found after extraction of needle,corresponding central nervous system also had obvious response after acupuncture.The results of temporal cluster of t wo single samples showed that:For the brain activity of each sample,the first pe ak occurred after insertion of needle,and the second peak occurred after extract ion of needle;After extraction of needle for each subject, several small peaks a ppeared irregularly. CONCLUSION:The time of the changes of brain function caused by acupuncture in individual is concordant with the average results,brain activities still have ex citement or inhibition after extraction of needle.Temporal cluster method can gi ve out the time curve of the reaction of central nervous system to acupuncture,i t can be used to study the time characteristics of the effect of acupuncture on central nervous system.According to the time difference of different brain areas activated by acupuncture,the associations among these brain areas are investigated.
