【摘要】 目的:了解社区麻风治愈者的生活质量,并与生活在同一社区的健康人做比较。方法:2001-05应用生活质量综合评定问卷对韶天市辖区内麻风治愈者155例及59名生活在同一社区的健康成人进行独立完成自评问卷测试,并进行差异比较。结果:社区麻风治愈者生活质量的客观状态4个维度评分以及躯体健康、社会功能的主观评价方面评分(23.00±3.88;37.67±6.50;37.77±5.08;30.57±8.23;33.58±6.78;32.53±5.95)均低于对照组(25.46±4.61;41.56±5.75;39.81±4.63;36.39±5.32;36.07±7.26;35.24±6.23),差异有显著性(t=-6.074～-2.144,P<0.05～0.01)。研究组的住房、躯体不适感、性功能、运动与感觉功能、认知功能、自尊、社会支持、人际交往能力、工作与学习以及婚姻与家庭等因子得分(13.34±3.19;14.68±3.54;11.50±3.83;14.89±2.78;14.69±2.98;13.08±2.56;12.27±3.51;14.12±3.55;12.64±3.00;13.78±3.80)均明显低于对照组(14.31±2.84;15.73±3.11;14.22±3.71;16.88±2.36;15.81±2.62;14.51±2.70;14.49±2.65;16.20±2.69;13.76±2.89;15.90±2.60),差异有显著性(t=-4.985～-1.994,P<0.05～0.01)。结论:社区麻风治愈者。在客观状态的四个程度和躯体健康以及社会功能的主管评价方面都低于方面都低于健康人更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To evaluate the quality of life(QOL) in cured patients with leprosy, and compare the results with those of the healthy subjects who are living in the same community. METHODS:Totally 155 cured patients with leprosy and 59 healthy subjects,who were living in the same community of Shaoguan city,were investigated with the general quality of life inventory(GQOLI) in May 2001.All the cases finished the questionnaire independently,and the differences between the two groups were compared. RESULTS:The scores of four dimensions of objective states,subjective states of physical health and social function in QOL were all significantly lower in the cured patients with leprosy(23.00±3.88,37.67±6.50,37.77±5.08,30.57±8.23,33.58±6.78,32.53±5.95) than in the control group(25.46±4.61,41.56±5.75,39.81±4.63,36.39±5.32,36.07±7.26,35.24±6.23)(t=-6.074 to -2.144,P< 0.05 to 0.01). The scores of housing,unpleasant feeling of body, sexual function,motor and sensory function,cognitive function,self-esteem,social support,interpersonal communicating ability,working and learning, marriage and family in the study group(13.34±3.19,14.68±3.54,11.50±3.83,14.89±2.78,14.69±2.98,3.08±2.56,12.27±3.51,14.12±3.55,12.64±3.00,13.78±3.80) were all remarkably lower than those in the control group(14.31±2.84,15.73±3.11,14.22±3.71,16.88±2.36,15.81±2.62,14.51±2.70,14.49±2.65,16.20±2.69,13.76±2.89,15.90±2.60)(t=-4.985 to -1.994,P< 0.05 to 0.01). CONCLUSION:The four dimensions of objective states and the subjective evaluations of physical health and social function in the cured patients with leprosy are all lower than those in the healthy subjects,which indicates that QOL in cured patients with leprosy is poor.更多还原
