【摘要】 背景:中国传统整骨疗法历史悠久、手法独到、疗效神奇,而多少年来人们对它多感性、少理论,重应用、轻发展,真正从生命科学意义上的研究甚少。目的:探究中国传统整骨疗法的宏观理念、特征的微观机制及其数理模型,旨在为日渐增多的骨伤骨折及运动伤提供新的治疗原则与方法。单位:一所大学的物理与机电学院和附属医院。方法:基于中国传统整骨疗法蕴含的“天人合一”自然观以及整体医学新概念,以自然疗法特征为切入点,归纳其骨折复位愈合宏观理念、特征;以骨修复愈合微观效应为切入点,揭示其骨折复位愈合生物力学机制、特征,进而建立疗法过程生物力学模型和数理表述方法。结果:中国传统整骨疗法蕴含着骨折“能动复位—功能愈合”宏观理念及其骨修复与愈合“应激适应—功能适应”微观机制。结论:中国传统整骨疗法是合乎骨修复愈合生命自然法则的自然、绿色、无创伤疗法,呵护当今“高思维,高技艺”命题。更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUND:Chinese traditional osteopathy is long in history,unique in manipul ation and miraculous in therapeutic effect.But people understand it more in perc eption rather than in theory, more in application rather than in development.The re is little research truly on the bioscience. OBJECTIVE:To probe into the macro idea of Chinese traditional osteopathy,micr o mechanisms on characters and mathematics physics models,aiming to provide ne w principles and approaches of treatment for the daily increased bone trauma,fra cture and sport injury. SETTING:Physics and machine electron college of a university,and its affiliat ed hospital. METHODS:Based on the natural concept of “integration between heaven and human being" and new concept of holistic medicine in Chinese traditional osteopathy,t he macro idea and characters of reduction and union of fracture are generalized from the characters of natural therapy and the biomechanical mechanisms and cha racters of reduction and union of fracture are summarized from the micro reacti on of bone repair and union so as to discover biomechanical mechanisms and chara cters of reduction and union of fracture and further to set up biomechanical mod els and mathematics physics expressions during the treatment. RESULTS:Chinese traditional osteopathy envelopes macro idea of “initiative r eduction functional union" in fracture and micro mechanism on“stress adaptabi lity functional adaptability" of bone repair and union. CONCLUSION:Chinese traditional osteopathy compiles with the natural, green and non traumatic therapy in bio natural law of bone repair and union and support s the theme of “high thought and high skill”.更多还原
