短暂性脑缺血发作与血小板颗粒膜蛋白140的关系

【摘要】 目的:探讨血小板颗粒膜蛋白140水平的测定,对提示短暂脑缺血发作的意义。方法:选取2003-01/06大连医科大学第二临床学院神经内科住院确诊为短暂性脑缺血发作的患者80例,测定血浆血小板颗粒膜蛋白140及血浆血栓烷B2水平,并将他们分为无梗死组及有梗死组,同时与健康人30例进行对照。结果:有梗死组、无梗死组和健康对照组血浆血小板颗粒膜蛋白140水平分别为:(27.72±5.98),(24.55±5.29),(15.42±5.07)ng/L,血浆血栓烷B2的水平分别为:(148.36±38.28),(133.81±38.16),(124.48±30.16)ng/L,有梗死组两因子的水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),无梗死组血浆血小板颗粒膜蛋白140明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而血浆血栓烷B2与健康对照组差异无显著性意义。有梗死组血浆血小板颗粒膜蛋白140水平高于无梗死组(P<0.05),而血浆血栓烷B2水平差异无显著性意义。结论:血小板颗粒膜蛋白140与短暂性脑缺血发作关系密切,血浆血小板颗粒膜蛋白140浓度测定能准确反映血小板活化的程度,它的测定为预测及对短暂性脑缺血发作进行干预提供了新方法。

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the significance of the determination of platelet granular membrane protein 140 (GMP 140) for prompting transient ischemic attack(TIA). METHODS: Eighty six patients with TIA were selected from the Department of Neurology,Second Clinical College of Dalian Medical University from January to June 2003. The levels of platelet GMP 140 and thromboxane B2(TXB2) in plasma were detected. They were divided into cerebral infarction group and non cerebral infarction group, and 30 healthy persons served as control group. RESULTS: The level of GMP 140 in cerebral infarction group, non cerebral infarction group and control group was(27.72±5.98),(24.55±5.29) and (15.42±5.07) ng/L, and the concentration of TXB2 was (148.36±38.28) and(133.81±38.16),(124.48±30.16) ng/L, respectively.The level of GMP 140 and TXB2 in plasma in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher as compared with the control group(P< 0.01). The level of GMP 140 in plasma of none cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P< 0.01).But there was no significant difference in TXB2 between non cerebral infarction group and control group.The levels of GMP 140 also increased significantly in cerebral infarction as compared with non cerebral infarction (P< 0.05), but there was no significant difference in TXB2. CONCLUSION:Platelet GMP 140 in plasma has close relationship with TIA.The concentration of GMP 140 in plasma is the sensitive index for the activity of platelet. The determination of GMP 140 in plasma makes a new way to predict and intervene in the TIA.
