【摘要】 目的:比较骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)膝关节镜下清理术前后关节滑液肿瘤坏死因子α的差异,探讨可否将此作为评价膝关节镜干预效果的指标。方法:研究于2001-12/2003-12在哈尔滨医科大学病理教研室完成。取48例OA患者60膝)关节镜下清理术前后关节滑液,采用酶联(免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测肿瘤坏死因子α水平。结果:膝关节镜下清理术前后关节滑液肿瘤坏死因子α含量分别为(61.20±8.92),16.83±5.15)ng/L,差异具有显著性意义((t=33.36,P<0.01)。结论:关节镜下清理术后滑液肿瘤坏死因子α水平明显下降,提示关节镜下膝关节清理术对延迟OA疾病进展及改善膝关节运动功能状态有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To compare the difference of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF α ) in synovial fluid(SF) of patients with osteoarthritis(OA) before and after knee arthroscopy debridement,and investigate whether it could be used as an index for evaluating the interventional effect of knee arthroscopy. METHODS:The study was done in the Department of Pathology,Harbin Medical University from December 2001 to December 2003.The TNF α levels in the synovial fluid of 48 OA patients(60 knees) were measured by using enzyme linked immunoadsordent assay(ELISA). RESULTS:The TNF α levels in synovial fluid were significantly different before and after knee arthroscopy debridement[(61.20± 8.92),(16.83 ± 5.15) ng/L] (t=33.36, P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:The TNF α level in synovial fluid of OA patients is greatly reduced after knee arthroscopy debridement, which indicates that knee arthroscopy debridement has positive effects in postponing the progress of OA and improving the motor functional status of knee joints.更多还原
