内源性神经干细胞的研究与进展
Progress and investigation of endogenous neural stem cells
【摘要】 目的:了解国内外内源性神经干细胞的研究与进展情况,为内源性神经干细胞的深入研究提供回顾性文献研究资料。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline、重庆维普数据库和清华期刊医药数据库、万方数据库,检索时间段为1983-01/2004-07,检索内容为关于内源性神经干细胞的文章,英文检索词“endogenous,neuralstemcell”,中文检索词“神经干细胞,内源性”。资料选择:对检索到的文献进行初审,排除题目含“胚胎、骨髓干细胞、间充质干细胞”等词文章。然后对剩余文献查找全文。资料提炼:共收集到中文253篇,排除题目含“胚胎、骨髓干细胞、间充质干细胞”文章后纳入25篇。收集到含“endogenous,neuralstemcell”英文文献158篇,与来源有关6篇,帕金森病有关5篇,脑缺血有关8篇,痴呆有关4篇,脑损伤有关14篇,与脊髓损伤有关8篇。共计45篇英文文献被纳入。资料综合:将25篇中文文献和45篇英文文献纳入后再按照来源、活化相关以及疾病相关进一步综合。结果提示,内源性神经干细胞的研究主要集中在来源、活化因素以及通过自体移植和原位诱导两种方案在帕金森病、脑缺血、老年痴呆、脑损伤、脊髓损伤等疾病中的治疗运用。结论:内源性神经干细胞无伦理学及发生免疫排斥的优点,应用前景乐观;内源性神经干细胞可通过外源信号分子和病?
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To comprehend the progress of endogenous neural stem cells(NSCs) and provide more information for further investigation on endogenous NSCs activation.DATA SOURCES: Using the key terms “ endogenous” and “ neural stem cell” in English and the same key terms in Chinese, we searched the MEDLINE database, Chongqing WeiPu, Tsinghua Journal, Wanfang database plus relevant reference checks of all articles on endogenous NSC of the whole collection.STUDY SELECTION: All articles were selected firstly, after such articles that contained words like embryo, bone marrow stem cell, and mesenchymal stem cells in title were excluded, the remains were continued to search for full text.DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 253 Chinese articles were collected.After such articles that contained words like embryo, bone marrow stem cell, and mesenchymal stem cells in title were excluded, 25 articles were selected. A total of 158 English articles were collected, which were relevant to endogenous and “ neural stem cell” . Among them, 6 articles were relevant to origin, 5 for Parkinson disease(PD), 8 for cerebral ischemia, 4 for dementia, 14 for brain injury, 8 for spinal cord injury,and totally 45 English articles were involved.DATA SYNTHESIS: We synthesized further the 25 Chinese articles and 45 English articles on origin, activation and disease. The research results showed that the research of endogenous NSCs mainly focused on origin, activation and application in PD, cerebral ischemia, senile dementia, brain injury and spinal cord injury by autotransplant and induction in situ. CONCLUSION:Application of endogenous NSCs in clinic will have a bright future without disadvantage in immune rejection and ethics. The activated endogenous NSCs due to illness- self and exogenous signal molecules improved by neurotrophic factor,and the traditional Chinese medicine, and acupuncture can perform further function.However,whether activated endogenous NSCs can perform normal function and the limitation of function, etc., needs to further research.#
