Adjustment of training load to the fatigue feeling of swimming athletes from physical education college during collective training period
【Abstract】 AIM:To instruct the training load arrangement scientifically according to test of some functional indexes and teaching observation of swimming athletes in college of physical education. METHODS: The indexes of the swimming athletes were recorded, including morning rate and individual subjective fatigue with morning rate timer after wake-up every morning; instant pulse after a group of training and the recovery pulse after rest for 2 minutes during training class. Creatine kinase(CK) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were detected in the blood sample(5 mL) collected every Monday morning with the American MD-100 semi-automatic biochemical machine. The manifestations of the swimming athletes, such as self-determined fatigue, emotion, sleeping, appetite and eye expression, were observed and inquired during teaching observation. RESULTS: When the level of motor function descended, the morning rate exceeded 5 times, the average value of CK and BUN exceeded 7 500 nkat/L and 8.5 mol/L respectively, the recovery value of heart rate during exercise was less than 20%, slowly fell asleep and appetite was poor, and the level of self-determined fatigue was about 17. CONCLUSION: Morning pulse, heart rate after exercise, CK and BUN are significantly different when the motor function is normal and decreased, so they can be taken as the evidence for the arrangement of training load.
