剥夺异相睡眠后大鼠游泳速度的变化

【摘要】 目的:取消异相睡眠后大鼠游泳速度的变化,为运动训练提供一定的科学方法。方法:2003-04在兰州医学院解剖教研室采用小平台法建立24,48,72h异相睡眠剥夺(paradoxicalsleepdeprivation,PSD)大鼠动物模型。应用Morris水迷宫测试系统自动记录大鼠游泳速度。数据采用SPSS10.0统计软件进行单因素方差分析,两两比较用student-Newman-Keuls(SNK)法。结果:异相睡眠剥夺24,48,72h组大鼠的游泳速度分别为(24.79±1.50),(27.73±4.89),(28.21±2.95)cm/s,比同时段的大平台组犤分别为(20.85±3.49),(21.13±2.78),(19.85±3.64)cm/s犦及其正常对照组犤分别为(19.95±3.19),(20.13±6.13),(22.94±3.91)cm/s犦快并始终保持在一较高水平,其差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。而在异相睡眠剥夺24,48,72h组间随着剥夺时间的延长,其游泳速度逐渐增强,但增加幅度逐渐减少。结论:在一定时间段内,剥夺异相睡眠可以提高大鼠游泳速度。

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the changes of the swimming velocity of rats after paradoxical sleep deprivation(PSD), so as to provide certain scientific methods for exercise training. METHODS: Rat models of 24, 48 and 72-hour PSD were established by using the flower pot technique in the Department of Anatomy, Lanzhou Medical College in April 2003. The swimming velocity of rats was recorded automatically with the Morris water maze test system. The data were analyzed with the one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) with completely randomized design followed by a student-Newman-Keuls(SNK)for subsequent multiple comparisons between groups. RESULTS: The swimming velocities of rats in the 24, 48 and 72-hour PSD groups[(24.79±1.50), (27.73±4.89), (28.21±2.95) cm/s] were significantly higher than those in the large platform group [(20.85±3.49), (21.13±2.78), (19.85±3.64) cm/s] and normal control group[(19.95±3.19), (20.13±6.13), (22.94±3.91) cm/s], and kept at higher levels (P< 0.05). The swimming velocity was gradually increased while the increasing range was gradually reduced with the increase of deprivation time among the 24, 48 and 72-hour PSD groups. CONCLUSION:During a certain period, PSD can improve the swimming velocity of rats.
