【摘要】 目的:探讨在低位直肠癌根治术中保留盆腔自主神经对患者术后生活质量(主要是性功能和排尿功能)的影响。方法:对1998-07/2003-12来自沈阳市第十人民医院普外科及中国医科大学附属第二医院普外科低位直肠癌手术患者214例采用病例对照的方法,回顾性分析在低位直肠癌根治术中盆腔自主神经保留(PANP)组和非PANP组患者术后性功能、排尿功能障碍的发生率。结果:研究组和对照组患者术后勃起功能障碍的发生率分别为33%和77%,射精功能障碍的发生率分别为36%和71%,近期排尿障碍的发生率分别为23%和55%,远期排尿障碍的发生率分别为0和5%,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论:低位直肠癌根治术中实施PANP,可以改善患者的排尿功能和性功能,提高患者的术后生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To evaluate the effects of pelvic autonomic nerve preservation(PANP) on quality of life(mainly sexual function and urination function) in patients with low rectal cancer following radical excision.MEDTHODS:Case control method was adopted in 214 patients with low rectal cancer following radical excision from the Department of General Surgery,Shenyang Tenth Hospital and Department of Surgery,Second Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from July 1998 to December 2003.The incidence of sexual dysfunction and urination dysfunction of patients in PANP and non PANP group were analyzed retrospectively after operation.RESULTS:In PANP and non PANP groups,the incidence of erectile dysfunction was 33% and 77% ,36% and 71% for the incidence of ejaculation disorder,23% and 55% for the incidence of temporary urination dysfunction,and 0 and 5% for the incidence of long term urination dysfunction,with significant difference in all the above incidence between the two groups(P< 0.001).CONCLUSION:The radical operation with PANP for low rectal cancer can enhance sexual function and urination function,and improve patients’ postoperative quality of life.更多还原
