【摘要】 目的:脊髓损伤后出现功能障碍,探索肌桥桥接脊髓缺损局部置入碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)复合降解膜对其功能恢复的影响。方法:实验于2004-01/05在沈阳医学院形态中心实验室完成。切除5只家犬L3~4脊髓节段0.8cm,采用缝匠肌尾侧部桥接脊髓缺损局部置入bFGF复合降解膜,术后观察动物功能恢复情况。结果:家犬存活8~25个月,其运动按MotorScotolMethod法分级,具有2~4级运动功能;直接刺激脊髓损伤中枢侧,家犬下肢出现运动,肌电图显示有动作电位出现。结论:缝匠肌尾侧部桥接脊髓缺损局部置入bFGF复合降解膜为脊髓神经纤维再生和重建提供良好的微环境,提高神经纤维再生效果。

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) combined with degradable membrane transplanted into local spinal cord defect on the func tional recovery of spinal cord based on that the spinal cord will appear abnorma l after injury. METHODS:The experiment was completed in the Central Laboratory for Morphology, Shenyang Medical College from January to May 2004.The L3-4 spinal cord segments at 0.8 cm in 5 dogs were incised.The sartorius was sutured to bridge spinal cor d defect and then bFGF combined with degrable membrane was implanted at bridged site.At different postoperative time,the functional recovery of these dogs was o bserved. RESULTS:When the dogs survived for 8 to 25 months,their motor function was dur ing grade 2 to 4 according to the Motor Scotol Method.After the central part of the injured spinal cord was stimulated directly,the dogs’ lower limbs could move ,and there was action potential shown in electromyography. CONCLUSION:Implantation of bFGF combined with degradable membrane into spinal cord defect locally after the sartorius was sutured for bridging spinal cord def ect can provide a better microenvironment for the regeneration and reconstitutio n of spinal nerve fibers so as to promote the regenerative effect of nerve fiber s.
