工艺参数对航空发动机叶片激光熔覆开裂敏感性的影响
The Effect of Laser Cladding Parameters on Cracking Susceptibility of Aviation Blade
【摘要】 研究了不同激光熔覆工艺参数和添加不同稀土含量对航空发动机叶片铸造缺陷激光熔覆开裂敏感性的影响。结果表 明,选择适当的熔覆工艺参数和稀土含量可在镍基高温合金叶片上得到无裂纹的涂层,从而达到修复和强化叶片的目的。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the effect of different laser cladding parameters and different rare earth contents on cracking susceptibility of aviation blade with casting defect cladded by laser was studied. The experimental results show that the perfect laser cladding layers without any cracks can be obtained. As a result, the goal of repairing and strengthening turbine blades is reached.
