换热器管子与管板液压胀合有限元ANSYS分析研究
ANSYS Analysical Research of the Hydraulic Expansion between Tube and Tube Plate of Heat Exchanger
【摘要】 液压胀合技术是七十年代后期由西德的Krips等人首先发展起来的。但要确定不同管子与管板的胀合压力却是胀合 质量好坏的关键,本文利用有限元ANSYS来确定不同管子与管板的胀接压力,是开发高效率高质量的连接技术的一个大有 作为的发展方向。
【Abstract】 The hydraulic expansion technology was first developed by West German Krips and so on at the end of the seventy’s last century. The qulity of expansion depends on proper choice of the expansion pressure between tube and tube plate. The paper want to specify the expansion pressures between different tubes ans tube plates by use of ANSYS, which is hopeful trend of developing good quality and efficient expansion technology.
