【摘要】 目的观察痛痹颗粒抗炎、镇痛和活血化瘀的效果。方法采用醋酸和热刺激测定痛阈值和镇痛程度,采用二甲苯和醋酸致炎测定耳肿胀和毛细血管通透性。采用皮下注入肾上腺素加冰水复制血瘀模型,测定全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、刚性指数等指标。结果痛痹颗粒可明显升高痛阈值,减少痛觉反应,减轻耳肿胀程度,降低毛细血管通透性,降低全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数和红细胞刚性指数。结论痛痹颗粒具有较好的抗炎、镇痛和活血化瘀作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the effect of anti-inflammation,relieving pain and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis of TongBiKeLi.Methods The pain threshold and the relieving pain intensity were measured with acetic acid and thermal stimulation respectively.The ear swelling degree and the capillary permeability were measured with dimethyl benzene and acetic acid.The model of blood stasis was reproduced through injecting adrenaline and icy water hypodermically.The blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,rigidity index and so on were measured.Results TongBiKeLi could obviously heighten the pain threshold,decrease algesia reaction,lessen the ear swelling degree,lower the capillary permeability and lower the blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte rigidity index. Conclusion TongBiKeLi has better effect of anti-inflammation,relieving pain and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.更多还原
