【摘要】 目的　观察清胚止血汤用于药物终止早孕后阴道出血效果。方法　将 2 0 0例早孕自愿选择药物流产 (药流 )的健康妇女随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,各 10 0例 ,均应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇行药流 ,治疗组见孕囊排出后即开始加服清胚止血汤。结果　治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组 ,药流后阴道出血时间短于对照组 ,出血量小于对照组。结论　清胚止血汤可明显缩短药流后阴道出血时间及减少出血量 ,使药物流产更为安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the effect of Qingpei Zhixue decoction on vagina bleeding after medical induction of labor. Methods 200 healthy women with early pregnancy who chose medical induction of labor voluntarily were divided into treatment group and control group in which there were 100 cases. The patients were all given mifepristone and misoprostol to induce abortion. The treatment group was given Qingpei Zhixue decoction additionally after the excretion of pregnant blastula. Results The total effective rate was obviously higher, the vagina bleeding time was shorter and the bleeding quantity was in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion Qingpei Zhixue decoction can obviously shorten vagina bleeding time and reduce bleeding quantity, which makes medical induction of labor safer and more effective.更多还原
