【摘要】 目的　从中医辨证角度观察89Sr缓解骨转移癌疼痛的疗效 ,指导临床正确用药。方法　将 5 8例患者分 3组进行研究 ,即毒热蕴结型 10例 (A组 )、肾虚火郁型 8例 (B组 )、阴寒凝滞型 4 0例 (C组 ) ,所有患者均注射89Sr 14 8MBq。结果　89Sr治疗骨转移癌疼痛缓解的有效率 3组分别为 10 % ,12 % ,97% ,生活质量改善的有效率分别为 0 ,12 % ,97% ,阴寒凝滞型的疗效明显高于毒热蕴结型和肾虚火郁型 (P均 <0 .0 1)。结论　中医辨证有助于预测89Sr的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the curative effect of 89Sr on pain in bone metastatic carcinoma with the angle of syndrome difference of traditional Chine se medicine. Methods 58 patients were divided into three groups. G roup A was con sisted of 10 patients with stagnation caused by noxious heat. Group B was consis ted of 8 patients with fire stagnation due to kidney deficiency. Group C was con sisted of 40 patients with stagnation due to Yin cold. The administered amount o f 89Sr was 148 MBq in all patients. Results The pain-relie ving effective rate wa s respectively 10%, 12% and 97% in the three groups. The life quality improving effective rate was respectively 0, 12% and 97% in the three groups. The curative effect of group C was obviously higher than that in group A and B (P<0.01). Conclusion Syndrome difference of traditional Chinese medicine can b e valuable in forecasting the curative effect of 89Sr.更多还原
