生物催化剂氧化酶的应用研究
Development and application of biocatalysts oxidizing enzymes
【摘要】 综述了氧化酶类、过氧化酶类和加氧酶类等生物氧化酶的催化作用机制及其在生物催化中的应用,并对其研究进展及发展前景进行了介绍。
【Abstract】 The catalytic mechanism and the application of the biocatalysts oxidizing enzymes including oxidases,peroxidases,oxygenases in biocatalytic reactions are reviewed,and their research progress and foreground are also introduced.
