白腐菌生物流化床处理PCP废水研究

【摘要】 采用白腐菌生物流化床对PCP模拟废水和含PCP造纸废水进行了连续试验。结果表明当模拟废水中PCP浓度为5mg/L时(即PCP负荷15 g.m-3.d-1),PCP去除效率大于97%,但随着PCP浓度不断增大,处理效率呈下降趋势,PCP浓度大于20 mg/L时,对白腐菌产生抑制。C与N摩尔比对PCP的降解有重要影响,在高碳低氮条件下,控制合适的C与N摩尔比(>11)可以将PCP有效降解。白腐菌生物流化床处理含PCP的造纸废水时,在CODCr负荷为5.7 kg.m-3.d-1,PCP负荷28.6 g.m-3.d-1的条件下,PCP去除率55%,COD去除率74%,易降解基质有利于提高PCP的去除率。白腐菌处理出水再经活性污泥法处理,则出水PCP浓度为0.1 mg/L,COD平均为140 mg/L。

【Abstract】 A fluidized-bed bioreactor with immobilized phanerochaete chrysosporium was used to treat wastewater and pulp wastewater containing PCP.More than 97% of PCP can be removed if initial concentration of PCP is 5 mg·L-1(15 g·m-3·d-1).The removal of PCP decreases with the increase of PCP’s concentration and when PCP is 20 mg/L it will cause fungus to be inhibited.The C/N ratio shows great influence on PCP’s removal and the optimal C/N ratio was essential for the effective removal of PCP under the condition of low nitrogen and high carbon condition.The results show that with 5.7 kg·m-3·d-1 of influent COD loadings and 28.6 g·m-3·d-1 of PCP,the removal of PCP and COD can be 55% and 74%,respectively.Adding substrate which is easily degraded into the system is beneficial to the removal of PCP.When using an activated sludge system as a polishing unit following the white-rot fungus column,the effluent residual COD and concentration of PCP can be 140 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L,respectively.
