富马酸的合成及应用

【摘要】 富马酸是一种重要的四碳平台化合物和精细化工产品,广泛用于食品、医药、化工、涂料、树脂、增塑剂等领域。通过介绍富马酸的理化性质和市场开发前景,分析富马酸的化学及生物合成法的优缺点,认为微生物发酵法生产富马酸具有可持续发展、环境友好等优点,具有广泛的应用前景。通过进一步介绍代谢工程在代谢网络的构建和发酵产酸方面的应用,对米根霉富马酸代谢网络和代谢流分配进行分析,提出以米根霉为模式微生物,利用代谢工程的技术手段来调控富马酸的合成,提高富马酸产量。

【Abstract】 Fumaric acid is an important four-carbon platform compound and also a fine chemical,which has a wide use in the fields of food,medicine,chemical engineering,paint,resin and plasticizer etc.Its physical and chemical properties and market prospect are introduced.The synthesis and research development of fumaric acid are summarized,the strongpoints and shortcomings of chemical and biological synthesis are concluded in detail.From the analysis above the fumaric acid production from microbial fermentation has a good future with the possibility of sustainable development and environment-friendly.The metabolic network and flux distribution of fumaric acid in Rhizopus oryzae are analyzed.Further outlook is put forward that the technology of metabolic engineering can be used to control and improve the biosynthesis of fumaric acid from fermentation of Rhizopus oryzae as the pattern microbe.
