IGCC系统方案概念性设计与优化
Conceptual Design and Optimization of IGCC System
【摘要】 以目前世界上IGCC技术研究及发展现状为背景,以为大型IGCC电站提供设计优化的思路与方法以及可行方案为目的,开展IGCC系统方案概念性设计与典型实例优化研究。首先,结合IGCC技术的发展现状,阐述大型IGCC系统方案的一般性设计要求;然后,依据系统的一般性流程和设计要求,进行IGCC系统方案概念性设计;最后,运用相关模型及系统优化软件对IGCC系统典型实例进行设计优化研究,给出对优化结果的若干分析意见,同时得到对应系统较高热效率的最佳方案。结果表明,本项研究成果可为大型IGCC电站提供概念性设计优化的思路与方法以及可行的系统方案。
【Abstract】 Aiming at developing a method of designing IGCC systems and feasible system schema for large-scale IGCC power plants,this paper proposes a conceptual design of IGCC systems and optimization of typical IGCC cases based on the investigation of the IGCC techniques and the state-of-the-art of IGCC development around the world.Firstly,this paper introduces the general design requirements of large-scale IGCC systems based on the state-of-the-art of IGCC.And then,the conceptual design of IGCC system schema is carried out according to the general system configuration and design requirements.Finally,it investigates the optimal design of typical IGCC cases through the correlative models and an optimization software tool,and gives some valuable conclusions and shows the optimal system schema resulting in a higher thermal efficiency.It has been shown that the proposed conceptual design ideas and optimization techniques could be useful for the conceptual design of IGCC systems and feasible system schema for large scale IGCC power plants.
