基于参数灵敏度分析的负荷建模研究

【摘要】 过于复杂的负荷模型容易使辨识寻优落入局部最优,而且难以实用化。减少复杂结构负荷模型的参数是解决问题的有力手段。本文首先提出一种衡量负荷模型响应变化的量化指标,采用摄动法分析了改进综合负荷模型参数对负荷响应变化指标的灵敏度,得到灵敏度较大的参数。结合实际电网进一步分析了负荷模型对电力系统仿真计算结果的灵敏度。发现对负荷响应灵敏度较小的部分参数对电力系统仿真计算结果的灵敏度较大。然后提出基于灵敏度分析的负荷模型参数减少的方法。最后,使用某大区电网的实测数据验证了该方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 A too complicated load model can easily lead to local optimal in searching for the optimal parameters and has difficulties in realization.It would be very beneficial if the number of parameters that need to be identified in a complicated load model can be reduced.This paper firstly introduces a quantitative index for describing the variation of a load model response.The method of perturbation is used to analyze the sensitivity of changing parameters in a load model to the quantification index.Based on this,the parameters that are more sensitive are identified.Secondly,this paper further analyzes the sensitivity of parameters in a load model to the simulation result of a real power grid.It has been found that some parameters that are not very sensitive to load response are very sensitive to simulation results.Thirdly,this paper proposes a method for reducing the number of parameters in a load model based on the analysis of sensitivity.Moreover,the proposed method is validated using the real data taken from some large-scale power grids.
