柴油机多孔式喷油嘴中燃油三维流动分析
Analysis of the Flow in the Nozzle of a Multi-Hole Diesel Engine Injector
【摘要】 由于试验和测量受种种条件限制,可以采用计算机流体动力学(CFD)模型来预测柴油机喷油嘴内的流场状态,并 与试验相结合,提高喷油嘴的选配和设计水平。在本项研究中,采用软件Pro/E造型,GAMBIT划分网格,最后用Fluent 进行模拟计算。研究的重点集中在喷油嘴的压力室、喷孔以及针阀的前端构型。通过研究可以预测喷油嘴内流场的分 布,分析喷油嘴设计的合理性,指出改进方向。
【Abstract】 Because the test and measurement are limited , Computation Fluid Dynamics(CFD)models may be used to predict the flow pattern inside the diesel injectors and promote the level of selection and design of injectors. In this investigation, the CFD model is created by Pro/E, meshed by GAMBIT and calculated by Fluent software. The emphases of this investigation concentrate in the sac volume, inject hole and structure of needle top. After analysis, we can predict real situation of the flow field in the nozzle and analyze whether design of an injector is reasonable or not, at same time, indicate the direction of improvement.
