【摘要】 生态屏障工程兼具基础设施和资源开发这两种项目建设的特点,在资金运用上具有初始投资大、建设周期长、投资回收慢等显著特征。因此,建设生态屏障工程仅靠自身积累远远适应不了发展的需要,有必要采取各种融资手段、通过多种融资渠道来获取建设资金。研究生态工程的融资形式、融资的主渠道以及融资渠道的优选原则,探讨建立多元化融资体系,以及实现这一目标的具体步骤和措施具有重要现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ecological project has the characteristics of infrastructure construction and resources development. It needs large initial investment, long constructional period and its investment refunds slowly. As a result, relying on itself to accumulate fund can’t meet its needs. It is necessary to use various kinds of financing means to obtain the construction fund. This text firstly explained financing means and principle of the financing channel seeking. Then it gets the idea of setting up a pluralistic financing system. It also proposes steps and measures to realize this idea.更多还原
