国际市场房地产融资方式创新与我国公开市场融资
The Innovation of the Financing Way of International Market of Real Estate and the Financing of our Public Market
【摘要】 在分析我国房地产业发展现状和融资面临的问题 ,回顾 90年代初全球范围的金融危机之后可知 ,国际市场特别是美国在房地产融资方式方面的发展尤为迅速。我们应依据我国房地产融资公开市场发展现状 ,确定今后发展的思路。
【Abstract】 First analyze the recent development of Chinese real estate industry and the problem faced by real estate finance, then review the recent development in real estate finance in the world, especially in the U.S.after the eariy 90s’ financial crisis. Finally make suggestions for how to develop public market for real estate finance in China.
