【Abstract】 Developing recycle economy is an important choice to realize overall and sound development of economy and society in our country.Foreign investment has some negative effects while promoting the economic growth of China. To make rational use of foreign capitals and promote economic growth,we should adopt the following countermeasures: strictly control the entry of foreign equipments and products; try to introduce foreign environmental protection technology and equipments; lead foreign capitals to serve recycle economy better; enhance the domestic environmental protection standard; improve the green marketing consciousness of foreign-funded enterprises.更多还原
