【Abstract】 UK’open policy to China in the midde and late period of the 19th century was a foreign policy carried out by the British government out of its own colonial interests.The establishment of most favoured nation treatment,the enforcement of cooperative policy,the open policy’s being proposed and marked by its being established by US experienced half a century and deeply affected other big powers’ policies to China.In the late period of the 19th century this policy was announced publicly by US to be established as an international policy when UK’s actual strength declined and more big powers invaded China.更多还原
