【Abstract】 CEO came from U.S.A., rising abruptly in the whole world. It has poured new vigor into modern companies. Some famous companies set up CEO successively in our country, but to reach the original intention of founding CEO, we must have a clear definition to it. In China, "the Company Law" should be revised correspondingly, providing CEO with the clear legal status to pefect the administration structure of a company and prepare comfortable soil for CEO.
