【摘要】 晋江在其特有的民营经济发展模式下快速发展的同时,也在不断的转变。它的变化引起了劳动力结构的变化。人口的变化情况对晋江经济的发展又起到了重要影响。通过对晋江陈埭镇劳动力结构的变化分析,指出陈埭经济发展中急缺的三类人才、制约人才留住的主要因素和提供满足未来发展所需人才的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 While Jinjiang Municipality is develop-ing rapidly with its special development model of non-state-operated economy, it is changing unceasingly atthe same time. Its change has brought about thechange of labor structure. Its change of population hasalso affected its economic development.
